"I highly recommend Ben Sharif to anyone getting started with Trixbox. He's fast, experienced, and very reasonable. One hour with Ben's help saved us at least 3 days. Plus, he promptly answered our emails when questions popped up later. This guy knows his stuff. Free open source software like Trixbox is nice, but without someone like Ben helping you out, it can also be extremely frustrating. You saved a bunch of money on the free software, so unless your time is worthless or you enjoy having your most urgent questions ignored in "free discussion forums", invest a couple of dollars with an expert like Ben to help you actually get it working."
